depends on the person.
Definitely in person, heads on!
In person
If it is negative, it is best I keep my distance. Besides, I don't have time in life so phone and email are always better time management solutions.
Honestly, i'd rather not do it at all, or at least in a way that i don't have to see them or can get out easily. I don't actually do it this way though because i know it usually will only work if done in person. stupid morals.
In person.
I prefer doing it via e-mail unless it's a problem that is more serious and then it calls for a verbal exchange right then and there. I am able to think things through in an email and say things and realize if they're appropriate or not in which case I can delete and in person I tend to say things that arent thought through which sometimes makes matters worse.
It's more respectful to confront someone in person... Just make sure to think before you say something... Letter and email is just a cowardly way of confronting someone...
If you can in person..
Depends on how serious the situation is. Thought process is easier on paper, but it can lose impact with the others interpretation.
In person. It's easier to do it over an email, but I feel like there is more impact and fewer misunderstandings if done in person. And if I don't have the guts to do it in person, then it should not be done at all!
Ideally in person.
Letter. Its easier to say what I feel and read it.
Person. But sometimes phone or email are the only options.
in person, but sometimes I end up talking about serious things in msn
