By text I get emotional and then I don't think straight. When the texting is done then I add call me.

I would rather do it in a letter or email because writing helps me clarify my thoughts and I can make sure I say everything I need to say and omit those things that aren't necessary. Although writing is my preference I usually do it in person because that's what other people prefer.
