I yell and scream. Not the best way to handle it. I've always had a temper.

I get very angry and so does my partner, I've learnt to back down sometimes but he lacks that

I used to not handle it. Now my selfcontrol has impoved by a hundredddddd. But when i do get angry i get reaaaalllyyyyy angry but that happens very seldom. Nose flairs :) and i will fight people...

I talk about it. But frustration only lasts a second then goes away:)

I don't handle anger very well. I express it by getting angry with whatever/ whoever caused it & possibly give the person some shit 'till I'm over it.

I get pissed and piss and yell and scream and pout

Nope because I'm honest about what I want upfront. I don't get angry until people Hirt my feelings. I don't happen to believe there's a reason that should ever happen. So, of I'm actually mad then it's a problem an someplace no one want to be because I've stopped believing you're worth my time

I usually hold it in until I blow up. Not healthy I know but I'm trying to express my feelings up front... More often

When I'm angry I just want to be left alone to simmer down and recollect my composure. I can't be rational once I hit a certain point, so I prefer to step away and come back once I've cooled down.
It can cause problems when I'm in an argument with someone who is a 'fix this now' type. One of us will be left frustrated!

I like to run away. Get in my car and go. Last time I did this though I ended up hitting a tree with it... I also like breaking things but that gets a bit expensive..

A lot better then I uses to

I swallow it! Is that a bad idea?

I don't handle anger very well but have recently been able to control it a little more with meds

I explode with rancid verbalizations and its toxic but my partner is good at helping me with it all

I don't handle it well yes it has had an affect
