I keep it bottled in until I can't take it anymore then I explode. I yell I scream I cry and then I shut down. Yes it's caused problems in my life. I've always been quick tempered I acknowledge that and I own it. Love me or leave me.

I bottle it up then explode usually.

Usually bottle it up then have to apologize later for saying things I shouldn't of :(

I cry it affects me

I really don't get angry, but when I do I say things before I think. It never really caused any major problems. I need to think more before I say anything.

It really depends. For something fleeting but ultimately insignificant like getting cut off in traffic, I'll yell and curse, but then I'll get over it. For bigger stuff, I'm usually a silent treatment type of person at first (I didn't used to be, but it was part of my gradual transformation into my mother), but once I've started talking, I'm usually very terse, but calm. If something REALLY boils my blood I get loud about it, but that takes something pretty significant.

Yes we both are jealous emotional people

Working out and shutting down... Best thing is watching a funny movie so I forget things quicker!

When it's with another male it's a lot easier to deal with than with a woman I love. I don't get angry often but when I do I turn it into more of a sadness that I had to do something that caused her to make me this angry. Ya know? Or maybe I'm just fucked up.

I have a bit of a temper, but normally I can control it

i'm a very calm person.

I push it down deep and bottle it up, like every man is supposed to do.

If it's something really minor I usually brush it off. If it's more of an actual issue where I'm legit mad at someone or something, I try to hold it in and think things through before I lash out or anything. IT helps the situation usually, but it doesn't always make me feel better about censoring myself like that.

I sometimes take out my frustrations out on my wife. It's a problem and I'm still trying to not do that. My wife doesn't deserve it.

I usually keep it inside. Well sometimes.
