I've handled it better than I have in the past , and it has caused problems in the past .
I hold my anger in, it's not good . Sometimes I feel it's eating me alive. But , I rarely get angry.

Not well in the past, better now, still working on it. I believe it has caused significant problems, and I am very sorry:(.
Thank you sonics for working on keeping your temper under control, but remember that it is ok to experience anger. We just have to work through it together rather than explode. ;)

I rarely get angry.. irritable yes. I try and talk about what's bothering me or distract my thoughts
Daily;absolutely :(
I don't handle anger well. I never saw I handled well so I never learned the proper way to handle my anger...... 😢
I need to work on how I handle it- I hold it all in and then blow up- that's not healthy
We have an OSHA board on our fridge to track the days since we get in one of those fights. It helps to stay aware as anger is something both my beloved and I struggle with managing, especially when it comes to the other.
Use to very well but after the past few years of stress caused by ex wife and others all at once for such along time wore on me greatly and now I'm always angry even when I'm happy or in a good mood there is just this lingering anger I can not be rid off and at any moment be snapped into
I wish there was a way to get rid of the anger cus I feel like there is this constant black cloud lingering over the relationship and it is wearing down in me big time. I feel like there is constant anger and I don't even think there is any romance and feel like I am not loved.

Any type of Fitness. Video games. Sometimes music
I have typically yelled thrown things or been crazy. I try not to do that anymore but at times I still go back to those old patterns
Normally I kept quiet. For years I kept it all bottled up and now I can't get it back in and it's wrecking havoc on my life
Well when I was younger I would get so angry so quick and I'd go off on people without thinking and now I try and reflect and calm myself a bit before saying something I will regret sometimes I still go off but I'm allot better than I used to be.
Pretty well. U know it when I'm angry and mostly I get over it pretty fast.
I have always had a horrible temper. When I was little I would attack kids twice my size if I got angry enough. I go from 0 to 10 and don't hold back. Over the years I have slowly started to contain my anger in situations that irritate me - its always when I stop caring that my temper gets the better of me. I have regretted arguments that start as a result of my temper and I have cut friends out of my life because of my temper in response to hurtful things they did to me. I tend to break objects
