I withdraw and hold grudges. Yes it is a problem. Just ask my wife.
Sometimes I suppress it briefly but it always comes out. I'm not a yeller though. I exhibit more of a cold anger.
With an emphasis on 'cold'!

Ik kan er nu goed mee omgaan maar als Ikea niet goed voel bv nerveus, gekwetsts, verdriet dan kan ik heel naar uit de hoek komen en kan dan mijn boosheid niet keren.. Bleef er dan in zitten. Dit gaat nu veel beter
Im a screamer but I can control my anger. I try to think rationally.
I usually bottled it, and yeah in the past it's fermented into other emotions
My whole family has anger problems. Violence and abuse was (and sometimes still is) an issue in my family. Even though I was victim to the abuse, I do have anger issues but they only ever arise with my brother. There has not been any other time when I've had a problem with them, and I'm really good with controlling myself now.

Idk I don't think I get angry that often
I do get frustrated really easily though
And when that happens I'm likely to kick or hit something (never ever a living thing)

Not very well!! Caused me many problems yes
Many problems from both my anger and others. In personal relationships always remember these are people you love.

Yes it has I lash out in ways that hurt me in the long run... Or go gut drunk come home argue with the only person that has my back. Make her feel like shit because I do. I feel like shit because I know this. It's a new day a new me lots of changes to come starting yesterday!!!!
