HAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHHa! Angry? Me??? I don't do well with anger. I have learned through my mentor Rod Kimble that punch dancing is a stupendous way to relieve the stress caused by anger.

Sometimes good. Sometimes not so good & yes it has caused a problem in the past.

I tend to become overwhelmed and cry. No not a problem for me

I handle it poorly and it caused a lot of problems the past months. But it might get better. I've not been like that before and circumstances made me who I am now.

Poorly. Yes.

Some time but I pray about it or I go for a run or play sports

Terribly but I'm getting better at it.

Not to well.. Yes

I am the WORST at handling my anger. I immediately go into defense when I start to feel threatened even if I'm not actually being threaten and it hurts me and everyone around me.

When I'm angry I just shut down I believe it's best to cool off and have a level head before saying anything that'll you'll regret later. So I say nothing at all... He gets angry but I believe it's best!

It's hard to get me angry, but when I erupt, I erupt. However, I've noticed that my irritability has also gone up recently and I can't figure out why. I wonder if I'm losing my patience. That's not good because its something my honey sees in me as a good quality.
As he'd say, I'm a match. Quick to light but quick to put out. I'm working on it though....trying to, because I know my quick anger often leads me to say things I regret 10 sec later. And by then, he's already shut down so it's hard to reach him to apologize and take it back.

I haven't handled anger very well. I am learning a day at a time better how to. I think all of the issues my wife and I have involve one or both of us handling situations poorly.

I don't either. And yes it has

I always angry and get very emotion

Usually get quiet and reflective. Works well most of the time.
