I rather just walk away when Im angry because I tend to lose it but you really have to work hard to get to that point

Most definitely. I had some terrible anger issues that I needed to resolve. I'd get angry at trivial matters all the time. I reached my peak one time and I just realized how ridiculous it was for me to get so angry over something. I know my girlfriend was the biggest part in getting over my anger issues, oftentimes it would be her who had to deal with my sorry ass.

I don't control it

I don't. And it has. :/

I have anger problems that mixed with my depression and it caused enough problems where I had to see a therapist for about a year.

Listen too music.. Dance.. Or talk too God.

I am explosive. It has caused me to say and do things I regret.

Hmm, silence for sure

Anger has never been a problem for me. Im half german, half scottish - its just lucky I dont get mad I guess! The few times I have gotten mad I got super calm - which scares the hell out if everyone.

I don't handle it well. I either shut down or get nasty. Working on that.

It depends. Sometimes I get quiet. Sometimes I get emotional.

I have never handled anger well. My partner has to be skilled at diffusing me. :p
I'm angry all the time, it's just how I operate. Kinda like the Incredible Hulk, controlled madness.
