It's definitely possible. Doesn't mean you have to be *with* them forever or even do anything about it; depends on what the people want and junk. But it can definitely happen.

Yes, I think it makes building a foundation for a relationship because you are forced to talk and communicate and listen to the other person, to truly get to know them on a deeper level - if the two parties are vested in doing this, it could produce a stronger relationship than ever.

I think you could really like someone, but it's impossible to gauge chemistry from the Internet. Just because you may have things in common and enjoy conversation, there is no substitution for chemistry. Speaking of, I don't know that I ever knew what all the fuss about chemistry was until I met you. It's like a friend said, "You can tell a lot by the spit!" 😉
