There could be a fantasy, a feeling inside their minds. But that's not love cause they'd never get to know the real other. Only what's revealed through the net. Which misses most, if not all of the persons inner and outer selfs.

No. Interaction and communication is totally different online and in person. You MAY fall in love, sure, but might change your mind real quick when you realize you aren't compatible in real life.
Anything is possible, you don't have to physically touch someone to love them. To fall in love you have to talk and touch the heart emotionally.

I think they can. With the idea that when meeting in real life, that they could possibly have a habit that drives the other person crazy, meaning they may not get along. I place no less value on friendships I have over the Internet w/ friends vs real life friends, just different and real expectations for each kind.
Perhaps as a catalyst... But real love is forged over time and hard work
