Yes. Because that would mean that one of the very first things he ever told me was a lie. I'd be willing to try to move on past it, but it would be a struggle.
Cheating ie sex, yes. A little fooling around I consider pretty harmless, so I don't think so. But it's hard to say how you'd react before the fact.
