When we snuggle and rub each other's backs
I just lay in my bed and do nothing. Back rubs and video games for him.
I play games , i tell her jokes
It depends. Sometimes watch TV, play the piano, cook or sleep. By reminding them to breath and rubbing his head and holding him until all the tension relaxes out of his body.
I sleep and watch my favorite movies /shows
Take a nap with her. That always makes me relax. That or just lying down with her and not having to say anything
Just lay down or sleep. Cuddle meeeee. 😍
Giving massages, relaxing and watching tv shows
I put on comfy clothes and lay down. He typically does not need help relaxing. But I could rub his shoulders if they are not too sore.
When I want to relax, I like to take a hot bath and listen to music. Being outside is also relaxing to me, so sometimes I lay in my hammock or go take pictures.
Read or go for a hike watch a movie but most of all hold my wife's hand.
Helping her around the house so she doesn't have so much work to do and can rest a bit.

Try to have a release and do the same for my partner and also listen to R&B music and relax in bed while my partner rubs my head and I curl up on them 😊
All that is true (not always the R&B part). Also for me: playing the piano. And rubbing his hair

It's boring but zoning out to TV and having a mind break relaxes me more then most other things nowadays. For my partner it may be the same... Also, anytime away from our children feels very relaxing.
Spooning with him in bed watching a movie. His choice. I will probably doze off anyway :)
