With food or gummies or surprising him by showing up at an event he didn't think I'd be at
Chocolate, picking her up from work when she leasts expect, showing up on days she didn't think I would be able to see her. The list goes on hehe

Come home early just to spend quality time with her, and bring flowers or ice cream :)
Spending time together when we didn't think we'd be able to (like coming home earlier than expected during a night on call), getting up before her in the morning and making her coffee or breakfast
Right now, that would be doing anything that would take something off of her plate, but without her having to mention it, getting up with the kids, making a meal, cleaning up... I'm sure there would be other more romantic ways too though, a surprise date, get-away, pampering, flowers... I need to get on this!!
Any surprise is a good surprise unless ur surprising me by telling me my family died. I like being surprised tho :0
