My daily shower, usually in the morning. I kind of meditate on things in the shower. Sometimes important things, sometimes trivial matters. And it's always nice feeling clean and warm!

Prayer

I've actually noticed that since praying out in the woods in Ojai I have a very hard time getting enough kavanah unless I'm outside I might need to start a tradition of praying by the ocean!
