Going to bed angry is sometimes what is needed because always trying to solve everything as it happens is frustrating I require time to clear my head and judgement of the matter at hand.
I have a difficult time sleeping after arguing when I'm lacking closure! I Sleep much better and feel much better when I have closure! Much easier to say than to practice!
Go to bed bed smiling
Just say agree.

Estoy de acuerdo. Me encantaría que fuese una máxima en mi relación
Agree. Unless it's something that needs to be slept on... I can't really sleep when I'm angry so it may come out around 2am when I've had enough tossing and turning. 😝 If there's a problem, I think it should be fixed. Who likes being pissed off at someone the love or having someone they love pissed off at them. 😬
Agree. I take this a little more metaphorically to mean: resolve all conflicts. This is definitely my impulse but sometimes being impatient and eager to resolve stuff doesn't give her the time she needs to process and that can exacerbate the problem. I do believe we shouldn't let anger linger.
100% agreed. It feels just awful to go to bed angry. Never again, even if it takes 5h to solve the issue.
Agreed. Unless it's a nap. Because that's missing sleep is a high chance we're angry.
